NexPath is a career guidance platform providing personalized career recommendations through advanced job-fit algorithms and machine learning. The Service analyzes user data to generate tailored reports outlining potential educational and career paths.

3. User Accounts and Data:

To use the App, you must create an account by providing an email address and verifying it through a one-time password. You agree to provide accurate information, including demographic data (name, birth date, place of birth, and ethnicity). This data is used to validate assessment results and personalize reports according to our normalization rules. We collect and use your data as described in our separate Privacy Policy.

4. Free Assessment:

NexPath offers a free assessment consisting of 3-4 descriptive tests. The results are processed by our algorithms and compared against O*NET standard occupation data to generate personalized reports within 15-30 minutes. NexPath reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free assessment at any time.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content, features, algorithms, and reports generated by the Service are the exclusive property of NexPath and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers:

The career recommendations provided by NexPath are based on algorithms and data analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the success or suitability of any recommended career path. You are solely responsible for making your own career decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability:

NexPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination:

NexPath reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
