NexPath - Career Assessment & Guidance Platform
NexEngine™ · How the science works

Career matching you can show your work on.

Most tools give you a label and leave you guessing. NexEngine™ shows exactly how someone's answers turn into a shortlist of real jobs that suit them — and why each one fits. No mystery, no black box.

How does NexPath assess career fit?

NexPath looks at five sides of a person in one short assessment — their interests, personality, work style, what they value in a job, and how they learn best. It then gives more weight to whatever matters most for that individual, so the result reflects the whole person, not a single trait.

The differentiator · show your work

Why simple averages hide real talent — and how we don't

Add up hundreds of answers and average them, and a person's standout strengths get watered down into a bland, generic score. NexEngine™ does the opposite: it zeroes in on where someone genuinely shines, then ranks the jobs that fit — using a method anyone can inspect, not a proprietary black box.

Every occupation gets a position

Not a shortlist pulled from somewhere — every occupation in the set is placed, and the same answers place them the same way every time. A counselor can point at any position and say why it is there.

Matched to real jobs — with an eye on the future

Every match points to a real occupation in two official classifications — ESCO for Europe, O*NET for the US — joined by the official crosswalk. Where a role genuinely has no equivalent we return nothing rather than invent one, and NexFuture™ flags how exposed each job is to automation.

European by design, human in the loop

NexEngine™ runs on secure, containerized EU infrastructure. Client data is never used to train external AI models, and every AI-assisted output is reviewed by the counselor before it's used.

What we measure

We look at the whole person, not one trait

A simple interest quiz can't tell a curious introvert from a curious extrovert. NexEngine™ measures five different things about a person at once — and weighs them differently for each individual — so the match fits the real person, not just one answer.

  • Interests

The kinds of work someone is naturally drawn to.

    RIASEC
  • Personality

Traits that shape how someone works with others and handles pressure.

    Big Five
  • Work values

What matters most in a job — freedom, impact, security, pay.

  • Work style

How someone likes to work — with others or alone, structured or flexible.

  • How they learn

The way someone picks up new skills best.

    VARK

For the specialists: the weighting uses the Allport trait model, so each person's most defining traits carry the most weight.

Why it's fair everywhere

Taken in your own language — and judged fairly

An assessment should speak the client's language — literally and culturally. NexEngine™ compares each person against the norms of their own context, not someone else's, so the results are fair no matter where they're from.
