The plan is the document produced from the goals you agreed on the Planning Board and signed by both of you. Open it with Plan document on the Planning Board tab.
Some national frameworks call this an Individual Career Plan or ICP. In Counselor OS it is simply the plan.
What it contains

The commitments section is two-sided by design. A plan listing only what the participant must do is not an agreement.
Versions
Signing is what creates a version. Before anyone signs there is no v1 — only a working draft that the two of you can see.
Versions are numbered per counseling service. If a participant is also being guided by another provider, that provider's first plan is their v1, not a continuation of your numbering.
In force means the newest signed version. It stays in force until a newer one is signed — see Revising a signed plan.
Two guarantees
Nothing in a signed plan is written by AI. The document is assembled from recorded facts and from what you and the participant wrote. No model composes any part of it.
It is frozen at signing. The document is built once, at the moment of signing, and stored as it was. Printing v1 a year later prints what was actually signed, not a reconstruction from today's data.
If a stored copy is ever unavailable, the document says so at the top rather than quietly showing you current data instead.
What happened to everything else
When a version is signed, occupations still sitting in Suggestions or The shortlist are set aside — recorded as not part of that agreement, with the reason and the version noted.
They are parked, not deleted, and can be brought back at a review.
Printing
Print this opens a clean copy and sends it to your browser's print dialog, which is also how you save it as a PDF. It prints the version you are looking at — including an older signed version, if that is what you have open.
A caption above the button always says which document you have: "Not signed. This is what the next version would say.", "Version 1, as it was signed." or "The agreement in force."
The participant can print or save their own copy the same way.
