A score you can't question isn't science.
Most tools hand you a number from a black box and ask you to trust it. We show the math — a transparent, inspectable method any counselor or client can follow. Trust is earned through openness, not asserted through branding.
A test in the wrong language is a reading exam.
Answer reflective questions in a language you don't think in, and the tool measures your translation speed, not your potential — reading slows by up to 30%, and the result misrepresents you. Everyone deserves to be assessed in the language they actually think in. Not translated. Localized.
An honest ‘no match’ beats a confident wrong answer.
When a role genuinely has no equivalent, we return nothing — never a fabricated match. A made-up answer is worse than an honest gap. It's why we map 98.8% of the world's two official occupation taxonomies, and openly leave the rest blank.
The counselor is the point — not the algorithm.
We don't automate away human judgment; we hand the counselor a finished, transparent starting point so their time goes to the part only a human can do. The best guidance is a person, equipped — not a chatbot, unsupervised.
